Design Notes
1.Optimization of all codons for E. coli based on E. coli codon bias. 2.Removal of N-terminus anchoring region to avoid incompatibility between the membrane recognition signal of heterogeneous proteins and the eukaryotic host. 3.ShZIS is put right behind the promoter, thus ensuring its highest expression level among the three. 4.Intergration of Spytag-spycathcer system, allowing the fusion of SlCPR2 and its redox partner ShZPO and thus enabling more efficient electron transfer.
